1. Brief introduction

Railway crane wagon is special purpose railway construction wagon. We develop this crane wagons to transport sleepers, rails and other packed construction materials during building the railway. By adding active end plates around the flat wagon, it could also be used to transfer ballast. So this crane wagon is a very economic and useful railway special purpose vehicle, compared with special railway engineering vehicles.

2. Main structures

Our railway crane wagon is composed of railway platform and on-board crane. The platform and the crane are mounted physically and work independently.
The crane platform is typical Chinese NX70 railway flat wagon, we could also provide different load flat wagon from 40t to 70t for customer to choose from. The flat wagon is towed by locomotive and the towing speed could be up to 120km/h.

The on-board cranes could be straight arm type or folded arm type. The lifting capabilities could be 5 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, or 12 tons. The crane will be powered by hydraulic power station, which is composed of diesel engine, battery, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pumps, etc. We could install the specific cranes or tooling needed by customers. To improve the safety during work, we could add various limiters and remote control according to customer need.
